I cooked for [livejournal.com profile] rmc28, [livejournal.com profile] sphyg, and [livejournal.com profile] cjwatson last night. I upgraded tomato sauce from a jar with onions, mushrooms, garlic, sweetcorn, and courgette. We ate it with pasta spirals and some co-op organic French wine. A nice civilized evening.
