Oh dear, the beer left over from last weekend has become unpleasant :-( A pity that the Carlton beer festival distracted us from finishing the Pegasus.
I think it was a bit young for the weekend -- it was very nice a few days later -- but the utility room is not ideal for keeping beer (it's a sun-trap). I don't know how long I should expect a cask-conditioned beer to keep, though.
