While we're doing pedantry: "there is nothing to be embarrassed about a machine failing after five years of heavy use" contains two juxtaposed noun phrases and I'm sure it isn't quite right. Either s/nothing/no reason/, or s/about/about in/ (or something like that), but as it is it doesn't quite make sense.
Web page doesnt sound too bad. I've never know the sun guys (over here at least) to be that anal. My lot are usually pretty good/realistic and wouldn't get upset over something so silly. They're also good to go to the pub with *grin*. Ah well - takes all types.
